Just wondering if anyone else is in the same predicament that I am in.
Gamestop offered a trade in deal where you would trade 2 games for a brand new game. I took up this offer and ordered Destiny and COD:Advanced warfare and sent in 4 games on the list of games they had sent, well before the deadline.
Destiny has been out for a week and I still havnt received the game. I cant contact Gamestop via phone as it is now just an automated message, they do not respond on twitter/facebook, I have an open ticket with them on the website but its been open for over a week. They have charged me the full price for both games, they mentioned they wouldn't until dispatch but went ahead and took it.
There seems to be quite a few people with a similar problem if you check out hotukdeals. Wondering if anyone knows what I should do next. Any other avenues of contacting them, or best course of action to get my games?
