Unaware of CCJ by bwlegal until today

NO.
The address known to the original creditor, was a totally different address, not the one submitted to the court.
They address they used is the one I moved into in 2007 and moved from in 2013.
The address any original creditor had was in a different town, I never updated their records.
The reason this needs to be nailed down is judges tend to chuck N-244 applications in the bin if they have even the slightest doubt you were hiding from the debt.
However if you have proof they used an address that was not the creditors address and you informed the people who assigned the debt your correct address it should at least re-set to hearing stage.
You are going to need some good paper work that proves at the time they were aware.
Can you prove you informed them you had moved in 2013 and not did what is known as a bunk.
Not probally what you want to hear but it might save you £150I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Thank you for that piece of information, I intend to use knowingly filing to the wrong address as part of my N244 form.
Yes they knew the correct address as they entered it as the registration address when submitting the CCJ application. But as is Lowells/BW's MO they deliberately ensured that the actual papers were sent to an address they knew you didn't live at.Still rolling rolling rolling......<

I don't think you're quite grasping what has happened.
I never updated ANY house moves since 2004 (ish) with Lloyds TSB. As far as they know, I still live in house1.
In 2007 I moved to house2, then last year I moved to house3.
The address used by Lowells is for house two, I never told them or LTSB that I lived there.
There is no paperwork, how can there be ?.
I have never heard from, corresponded with, made any payments to, LLoyds TSB since 2006 / 2007.
I have never responded to letters from Lowells.0 -

That's about the gist of it.
There are no requests on my credit file (Noodle) for information requests, which I believe Lowells should have carried out to verify my address (is this so) ?0
