I had a similar problem after moving house - didn't get the letters and only realised they thought I owed them money when I checked noddle and realised they'd posted a default.
I found this email address after searching on here [EMAIL="Executive.Complaints@santander.co.uk"]Executive.Complaints@santander.co.uk[/EMAIL]
They were so helpful, sorted it all out for me and removed the default. Worth a go.0 -

Thank you for this,I am going to email them and explain everything about my situation and tell them that I feel i was wrongly done with the overdraft and was not even in the country at the time due to studying.0
