Help please .
Lloyds have contacted with a solicitor change from SCM to G.J Cooper which i believe are there own in house solicitors.
I have a loan and have been paying the agreed amount for years and have been voluntarily increasing payments when i can.
The letter is headed . Lloyds PLC V Yourself, account number , Claim number , and Judgement balance.
And further down they say . We will contact you with regard to the above mentioned court proceeding as appropriate.
Are they about to take me to court again, or is it just confirmation of the Solicitor change. ??
Sorry to go on but it's amazing how one letter can turn your stomach, when i thought they were happy with what i am doing to get my life back on track.
Thanks in advance...

Is there already a CCJ on this then?
Seems there are a few people getting similar letters. Some that have CCJs and even some that don't.

Looks likely that Lloyds having to reorganise their in house team after the binning their pretend firm of solicitors SCM, has caused some paperwork mix ups?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
