Ideas for tinned green lentils

Apologies if this is on the wrong page.

I am cooking sausages and roast veg (onions, peppers and mushrooms) for tea tonight. I usually have couscous with it, but have found a tin of green lentils in the cupboard, bought as an impulse buy.

I have tinned tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, various herbs and spices, rice etc. Any ideas how to serve the lentils? Thought about a casserole other suggestions welcomed.
