    All those figures sound encouraging. The OPs system seems quite good value to me.

    Regarding the amount of energy one can use, what about using the electricity to power underfloor heating, either electric or wet? Would that make the system more cost-effective? Normally electric underfloor heating seems expensive, but in this sort of installation it might make more sense. Any thoughts?

    The only slight snag is that you'd have masses of power available to run the UFH in June & July but very little in Dec, Jan, Feb etc.

    Aircon might be more in phase with generation !

    True, a perennial problem. However, if there is any capacity left over, it might soak it up. As you say, something along the lines of a/c, or a MVHR system would be more appropriate.
