I did this in Nottingham today , I got to choose 2 gift samples out of an urban decay purple eyeliner, Lancome face cream, YSL black opium perfume and a Giorgio Armani perfume.

small samples of cream and perfume and I think £12 is a little far fetched.

However I am very impressed with the eyeliner it about 2/3 of the normal size and glides on.

For new members only.not sure if national or how long it will last.

I picked up my card in store and registered online last week but don't seem to have received anything about the £12 free gift. I saw it advertised at the time which is why I picked up a card. Perhaps you can register online and take to store, but it may be best to register in store to ensure you get your sample freebies at the same time?

I think if you look at the original facebook post, they mean register it instore as opposed to online.
