Opinions on Next Sofa's

I've seen a Sofa I would like to buy from Next in the Ledbury Range. I've physically seen the sofa and I like the quality, the comfort of it etc. I have never brought a sofa from next and looking at reviews they seem to be very mixed.
A friend of mine has brought an M&S sofa and thought the service quality etc was very good. I didn't know if they used the same suppliers to build the sofas?
Has anyone had a Next sofa? Any personal opinions would be greatly received
Thanks

We bought ours in 2009 after seeing it in the Farnborough store. It's a leather chocolate colured recliner. It's a fantastic sofa and is still very comfortable. The recliner mechanism still works, even though the kids use it all the time. The only problem we have is that the colour started to peel off after 2 years. Yes, peel off, not rub off. It was restored free of charge as we took out a 3 year warranty. It is now out of warranty and although some of the colour has come off it doesn't look that bad.
Our neighbours have an M&S sofa and it is pure luxury. The quality is on another level, compared to ours. They did pay an arm and a leg for it though.0
