Credit Checking

Hi there,
Ive just checked my credit report for the first time as im moving out for the first time.
I was young and stupid - once and got into a lot of debt, im paying it all now and up to date, but obv with reduced monthly payments. How ever while I was on there, there is an account that I paid off in February that still says im outstanding, and a Vodafone account - which ive never even had! The Vodafone account is from 2004 (apparently!), but ive never had a Vodafone account!
What can I do about these 2 accounts? I really dont know where to start!
Any help/advice really appreciated!
