hi not sure if this belongs here....
I bought an in car dual screen DVD player at end of July this yr. The charging cable seems to be of poor design and has come loose at the part that fits in the cigarette lighter socket.
It's been installed the whole time and hasn't been pulled or stretched but not sure if they won't assume it was damaged by us?
I grudge having to shell out more £s for a charger but it now won't work.
Thanks
