hi is it possible to reclaim charges or interest from catalogues?I have a studio24 and argos account which i am struggling to pay off as im now a single parent...i am on a dmp to help but both these companies refused to freeze the interest to help me pay them off.....i havent ordered from them for years but am getting nowhere due to all the interest and charges etc.....any advice?
