Calmin products - acne rosacea

Hi all,
I've recently been diagnosed with suffering with acne rosacea, so I'm trying to find a decent product and/or routine that keeps the flare-ups down and reduces the redness/itchiness etc. I've been on daily anti-biotics now for ~2 months, and have just been using Epiderm cream (generally twice daily), plus a spritz of Piz Buin sun cream each morning. This routine did work, but I'm now finding the redness/itchiness creeping back in, so wondered whether actual rosacea products would be more effective.
I keep getting directed to the product range 'Calmin' and wondered whether anyone has had any experience of using these products before I go to the expense of purchasing (they are quite pricey). I've searched the forum, but can only find a thread which goes back to 2010, so was hoping for some more recent information, if possible?
Thanks,
