Bic Cristal Challenge

I'm almost certain this is the wrong forum but there are so many places to post on here so I hope somebody can help me!
Anyway, I decided to do the bic cristal challenge as I have started my second year of college now. I heard Amazon was the cheapest place to buy a 10 pack of pens, so that's what I did, expecting a receipt to be sent in the post. It wasn't
One of the requirements for the challenge is "I have attached a copy of my till receipt".
What shall I do?!

Log into amazon and print it off from the order details.

Beware, I just got a letter with my application form returned. They say that there was no pen submitted.
My pen was in the envelope. So where did it vanish?
They have given me 4 days to send another one in.

Just a heads up to those who are/were doing this in the Oct-Jan period. Deadline is the end of this month - your empty pen (bought before end of Oct last year) must be returned by 31st January with original purchase receipt for 10 pens.
I did this in the last round (buy before end Jan 2014 submit by end May 2014) - the original MSE thread for that is here if you don't know what I'm on about: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4855240) Worked for me then - got my £10 quite quickly, but some others reported their pens went missing in the post! (from the envelope so maybe a lesson in securely packaging them)
Have just filled in my new form for this round (facebook needed: https://apps.facebook.com/biccristalchallenge/ and will be sending my recently emptied pen tomorrow.
Not a great money-spinner - having to buy a 10 pack of pens plus pay for postage to send one to them. But a profit of about £6 (more if you got the pens on promo) if it works.0
