Hi there, I finally got back my £1000 after being scammed on ebay when I tried to buy a macbook pro, so im looking elsewhere now.
Ive tried Amazon but im also reading about scams on there from 3rd party sellers.
Does anyone know any trusted websites (apart from apple) that sell macbooks at a good price?
Im looking for the 15" i7 Macbook Pro but dont have 1599 to spend!
Thanks

PC World and Currys (don't laugh!) have £100 off any Intel based computers over £599. That includes the Apple laptops, which have just been updated, so good time to buy. Unless you have someone who can use the Apple Education (roughly 10%), or Further Education (around 14%) Store, I can't see you doing better than that from a 'trustworthy' source. £100 is cashback by redemption, similar to mobile phone deals, so you've a bit of admin to do for your £100.0

As previous poster, best option is Apple education discount, if you have a child at a school you should be able to use it.
Or check for offers from Tesco Direct etc.
Quidco have reasonable cashback rates for Apple online store.
Costco isn't bad for Apple products either, although you will have to become a member.0 -
Some large companies have a staff benefits section where you can get discounts. Apple is one of those companies usually there with an average of 7% discount.
Don't know if you or a relative etc can access this for you.0 -
If you have any friends who work at a retail store that sells macbook, they might be able to give you a small staff discount aswell!0
