Turkey fillets

I used to buy whole turkey fillets in Sainsbury's and Morrisons on a regular basis to roast and slice for sandwich meat (we like turkey sandwiches but the turkey sold sliced from deli counters or pre packed is pretty awful IMO). Lately both supermarkets have stopped stocking them.
Does anyone know if asda/tesco/aldi/waitrose sell them?
I expect people will suggest trying a local butcher, but sadly I am a bit of a stickler for hygiene ratings and there isn't one around here I'd go to!

Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!

Lidl regularly has turkey breast steaks, they are usually about half an inch thick and are quite palletable when cooked0

Thank you torbrex, turkey breast steaks seem to be pretty widely available. What I want is the whole fillet that you can roast and slice thinly to use in sandwiches. I emailed sainsburys and they said they don't currently have plans to bring them back into stockCommon sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0

What makes you think the butchers in Asda; Tesco, etc are going to be more hygenic than the butchers in your local high st ?Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

Access to EH inspection reports, conversations with EHOs and what I have seen with my own eyes. You may have a very good and clean local butcher, but the ones near me are not.You can still buy turkey breast joints in Morrisons - have a look on their web site HTH
