Raw cacao powder... what to do with it?

I bought some raw cacao powder for this supposedly healthy cake recipe. The cake was fairly awful so I don't want to make it again. Wondering what to do with the rest of the raw cacao powder. Can I just use it in place of normal cocoa powder in recipes? I have spent ages hunting online and found only healthy cake and brownie recipes similar to the one I made and didn't like! I want something with naughty stuff like butter and sugar!
I also bought - in the same mad shopping spree of trying to eat more healthily a few other ingredients that are now sitting in the cupboard taunting me! All ideas appreciated. The other ingredients are:
Coconut oil
Coconut cream
Buckwheat flour

It's in Old Style Money Saving
You can use cacao powder in smoothies, or just use it in place of normal cocoa powder. BBC food do a lovely best ever brownies recipe - stick it in there.
Coconut oil is wonderful - I use it to cook asian food mostly, or I also use it on my hair and on my skin. It's better for you than other oils.
Hair mask - warm up about 2tbs of coconut oil so it turns liquid but not hot. Separate your hair into sections, dip the ends and brush through (with an old brush) until section is covered. Once hair is all done, leave for an hour (or longer) and shampoo twice after, and use a good conditioner.
On body - I mix 1/2 cup coconut oil softened, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup epsom salts, some vanilla extract and a tablespoon of coffee grinds. Use as a body scrub in the shower.
Coconut cream - again use in asian cooking. Red/green thai curries are ideal.
Never used buckwheat flour unfortunately.0 -
Buckwheat flour screams (American) pancakes to me! I've not used it myself, but am sure I've eaten a buckwheat flour pancake somewhere in the past few years. My suggestion would be to add a handful of blueberries to the cakes once in the pan, and serve with a little butter, maple syrup and crisped streaky bacon.Swagbucks Amazon gift vouchers 2014 125/250

Thank you for all those ideas!
Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall (have I spelt that right?) made buckwheat pancakes on Woman's Hour this morning!0 -
I had buckwheat galettes in Normandy which were delicious especially with savoury fillings

Coconut cream is yummy made up into 'milk' and used for a rice pudding
I have not used raw cacao powder myself but I don't see why you shouldn't substitute it for cocoa powder in any recipe. I've also seen it mention on vegan and paleo blogs where recipes are given0
