Overpayments OR saving towards a F&F

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to decide what the best course of action is re: my debt.
I could probably if i put my mind to it allocate another £100 towards my debts per month.
Now, do I make an over payment of £100 pcm to clear my smallest debt or do I save £100 a month until I am in a position to make a F&F offer?
