Not as cheap as the first time it was posted but, having purchased one then I thought it was worth posting at this price. I got this which replaced my Dyson DC11, and have to say the Bissell totally out-classes Dyson.
If anyone is looking for a vaccum this is a bargain.

I also bought one the first time around! It is much better than the purple special edition dyson we previously had. Wife would always complain about the dyson not sucking properly. The bissel is very good at sucking, but she finds it much heavier than the dyson, having to drag it around the house - Dyson steering system was easier.

The steps become a diddle with the Bissel liftoff, and so does the car, so overall I find the Bissel better value for money.

For the £29.99 you can't go wrong, £49.99 is just as good though!
