Oh great, another "spare" (as in an heir & a spare) that we have to pay for. I'd much rather it was spent on the NHS for the likes of the little boy who needs Proton cancer treatment & has to go abroad when we are the 6th richest country in the world!

I think it is lovely news - I get sick of hearing about murders, planes exploding or going missing, politicians arguing over Scottish independence etc. It is nice to hear some good news for once - and this new baby isn't just any baby, he/she will become "Spare to the heir", as they say!
