Breakfast and Lunches for Work

  • Gosh your lunches sound far more exciting than mine! Breakfast for me is porridge or shredded wheat with a few raisins. Lunch is a sandwich, 2 slices of wholemeal bread with salad and either a slice of turkey, cheese or tuna. Other than a banana or apple thats it for me until my evening meal.

Fairly boring but I dont get a lot of time for my lunch so it works for me.

I've just made a batch of gooseberry and apple breakfast muffins , as I can take one to eat in the car if I'm running late with a coffee
    Those muffins sound delicious!

Breakfast is either porridge, branflakes or weetabix (depending on what's in the cupboard) with yogurt and fruit (usually some sainsbob's basics frozen berries). Lunches are a mix of leftovers or salad (mixed leaves, cucumber and tomatoes) with some lean meat or cottage cheese.
