    (BTW, I got $8,454 after putting in 95% in the spending model page, not the $9,384 you mentioned).

    But, one good way of getting a much better return on your money might be to purchase a buy-to-let property.

    Sorry but very very wrong. Rental income is taxed, property growth is taxed. A pension is not taxed, until you take the income. and if you take it before SPA but are no longer working, it is tax free up to your PA. And as said, you could pay 75K in tax just to withdraw 120K.
