judge told me this morning i would probarly have restrictions

As stated above, due to high unsecured debt 100k plus, the judge (quite a nice guy) said i would probarly have restrictions imposed, how will this affect me.

I have been stupid and robbed peter to pay paul but really couldn't handle this if it were to go on for 15 years, anyone got any advice would be much apreciated.

Unless you have been wilfully negligent in your financial affairs the judge is perhaps being a little harsh here.

If you should receive a BRU/BRO then unless you have acted in a way that can be deemed to be deliberately disadvantaging your creditors it is likely to be for a relatively short term (if any at all).

The really long (+5 years) BRU/BRU's are reserved for those who have been deliberately dishonest.

I agree with fermi, the level of liabilities alone is not an indicator of misconduct.
