I have some cooked crayfish tails in a pack that are opened, had for lunch wed/thurs so really on their last day.
I'll prob use them in pasta tomorrow but could I freeze them today? They don't say anything on the pack as to whether they are or aren't suitable for home freezing. Assumed they are the same as cooked prawns but not 100% sure.
They've been kept in the fridge in an airtight container and look / smell fine .
