   This promotion will start on 26/08/2014.

   The closing date for this promotion will be 24/11/2014.
3. Selection of the winner
   
   The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
   You acknowledge that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
4. Prize
   
   The prize is as follows: a Premier Cottages Break for up to 4 people to be taken at a participating Premier Cottages property between October 2014 and March 2015, excluding school holidays. Travel and meals are excluded with this prize.
   The promoter may substitute the prize detailed above for an alternative prize with the equivalent or greater value or a cash alternative.
   The prize is non-transferable and excludes travel and any additional costs and expenses.
   The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the prize above.
5. Restrictions and requirements
   
   Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: entries submitted by automated competition entry mechanisms are not eligible and will be deleted.
   Employees and professional advisors of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.
6. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
   
   The selection of the winner shall take place on 25/11/2014. The promoter will notify the winner by e-mail within 24 hours of the selection.
   In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the selection date, an alternative winner shall be selected in accordance with clause 5.

Sorry to bump, but thought it was worth mentioning that the caption on the photo gallery contradicts the T&Cs:
"Take a browse through our gallery of entries, vote for your favourite and share with your friends.
The photo with the most votes wins takes the prize!"

In order to enter this promotion, you will be required to approve the “Photo Competition” app, enter the required information and at least 1 photograph and agree to these terms and conditions to which these terms are attached by selecting the ‘accept’ button on your device.

All entries must include your name and email address. This prize draw is open to all permanent UK resident’s aged 18 and over.

Entries which are incomplete or incomprehensible or contain offensive or inappropriate material or comments are void and will not be entered into this promotion.
