Jam disaster :(

I've just made some jam but when boiling to setting point it burnt on the bottom and now the jam tastes burnt
Is there any way to salvage this? I think the first jar is edible but the rest not so much.
Also how on earth do I clean the pan now - it's a preserving pan and I'm not supposed to scrub it!
Thanks

not sure about the jam, but the pan, try sprinkling bi-carb in bottom and adding some boiling water, leave an hour or over night if you can, and the bi-carb should just lift it off the bottom xOne day I will live in a cabin in the woods0

Got the pan soaking at the moment while I make my chutney - fingers crossed that goes ok! DH says it tastes fine to him but I'm not so sure so I'll get my Mum to do a blind taste test when she comes round next - after all I wanted to give her a jar
