dried would work for soup or seasoning but I'd add to dishes dry like herbs.
I'd freeze what will fit and dry what won't.

Does anyone know of a good book on foraging as often on Dog walks I feel I am walking by things that could safe me money if I just knew what they where.

I never blanch spinach before freezing, actually I do very little to it except bang it in the freezer. However I have it in my smoothies so its all blended up and doesn't make a difference what it looks like. Otherwise its just in a pasta so it gets all mushed up. I'm a fan of doing as least prep as possible :rotfl:0
