DIP with West Brom - still be rejected?

Hi all,
Full application submitted today, application fee paid etc.
DIP received yesterday, had to go to an underwriter to check as I missed a payment on a CC in 2012 (on a balance of £12 as I thought I had closed account!). Passed.
We have deposit of 37K, over 52k income, no dependents etc. Anyway, main concern is that over past three months have been using our overdrafts (now paid but only a week before submitting application) this will have shown on credit reports etc and this has already been manually checked by the underwriter. (We've not been going "further" into overdraft, just not managed to pay the whole thing off as our rent is extortionate! )
If they had a problem with the overdraft use would we have already been rejected? I will be pretty upset if we get rejected for this reason at a later stage as we've paid the fee and they already had that information.
This process is making me very stressed out, mortgage advisor seems to think it will be fine, but I've been spending too much time reading these boards so I'm predicting the worse at every step of the way!!

If you are constantly in overdraft where is the deposit coming from. You say the rent is extortionate but does that account for all your high spending?0
