Grid 2 DLCs for PC Steam

Hello, hope you are well.
I am trying to save as many pennies as possible when buying luxury products and I want to know if DLCs in Grid 2 are worth buying.
I want Grid 2 and possibly Grid but I am willing to leave out Grid and get Grid 2 Reloaded with all the DLCs if the DLCs are worth it.
So my budget is £7.50, either for Grid and Grid 2 or just Grid 2 Reloaded Edition with all DLCs and maybe getting Grid at some other point in time later.
They are currently on sale at the lowest discount price -75%.
Grid = £2.49
Grid 2 = £4.99
Grid 2 Reloaded Edition = £7.49 (so Grid 2 + all DLCs)
