I would agree with £61.01 including VAT if they are meaning 4 colour print. They don't specify 4 colour or spot.0

Net price is £50.84 and not £61.01 (for glossy or matt paper)
or £49.84 and not £59.81 (for "any" paper)0 -

I can't see how you can select chromo board and art paper and there's no mention of quantity.
