Terms and Conditions
The prize comprises of the following components only:

- Return air travel for two in economy class inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharge from London Gatwick Airport to V.C Bird International Airport, Antigua.
- Prize winner and partner are responsible for any and all additional expenses not listed as part of the prize package above.
- This competition is only open to participants aged 18 years and over.
- The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner. Entry to the competition confirms that participants accept all the terms and conditions set out.
- Certain travel dates are embargoed i.e. school holidays, bank holidays and are subject to availability.
- The prize winner and partner must travel both on the same outbound and inbound journeys together.
- Prize is redeemable only by the named and notified winner and cannot be sold to another party.
- Winner will be responsible for every other expense not included above and all hotel incidentals such as telephone calls, room service charges, minibar, laundry etc.
- Prize is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- Travel dates and holiday package cannot be changed or altered in any way. Once booked, no changes can be made to airline ticket. No upgrades are allowed.
- No cash or credit alternative is available.
- Prize flights must be booked at least 30 days prior to requested departure date.
- By entry to the competition confirms that the winner has conferred authorisation for their and companion’s image to be used by the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority and promotion partners for any publicity purposes it deems fit.
- Prize winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize in writing within 28 days of the winning date. If unclaimed or declined 28 days after confirmation, the prize will be cancelled.
- Failure to book any prize elements within the parameters in the terms and conditions will automatically disqualify the prizewinner.

Travel must be completed by December 20, 2015. Accommodation is subject to availability and certain dates may be embargoed. If travel is not completed by December 20, 2015, the prize will be deemed to be invalid. Jolly Beach Resort and Spa will provide seven nights' accommodation for two people on an all inclusive basis in an ocean facing standard (twin or double) room. All inclusive comprises of - accommodation, all meals (daily breakfast, lunch & dinner, afternoon tea and snacks from the Coconut Grill), beverages (unlimited drinks by the glass including house brand liquor, Caribbean beer, tropical/frozen drinks, house wine and soft drinks). Premium wines and liquors, at extra cost, are available at all of the à la carte restaurants. Some supplementary menu items, such as lobster, are not a part of the all-inclusive plan and are subject to a small surcharge. Daily activities programme, use of hotel facilities; swimming pools, tennis complex (hire of racquet and balls available at a charge), games room, Cyber Room, Fitness Centre, non-motorised watersports and live nightly entertainment. All rooms are ocean facing and are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, clock radio, private bathroom, balcony or patio and in room safe (safe is at a charge). Not included - telephone calls, spa and beauty treatments, laundry, excursions, gift shop purchases. You will be required to submit a credit card upon check in to secure against any additional extras. It is the prize winner's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from travel date and they obtain any visas required. The prize winners must be UK residents. The prize winners are responsible for travel to and from the UK airport, spending money, transfers in Antigua, excursions and insurance. Prize winners must be willing to participate in promotions of the competition and hotel, which will include photographs and interviews. Accommodation must be requested through the Jolly Beach UK PR office. A voucher will be issued confirming the reservation and must be presented to the hotel upon arrival. Failure to present the voucher may result in be charged the full cost of accommodation.
