My last post was in March, so in case it's helpful to anyone in the future who may come across this thread, the Capquest entry DID come off automatically from my husband's credit file. His credit file is now in great shape and it means we can start looking to the future again and start thinking about buying a house when the time is right. It's such a huge relief and a weight off both of our shoulders.
