Another question husband has a work Van, he needs to be able to do his job. valued at £3200, his father bought van for him about 6 months ago and we still owe his dad £3000, which is dad is totally understanding and said pay him when we can but not looking likely for a few years, but in theory we don't own vehicle until paid?
would this be exempt or would the OR be looking at taking this ??0 -

His dad gave him the cash to buy as was from a private seller.0 -

Just an update, had our meeting with OR, i neither had worried, it went really well OR was understanding, and agreed our figures so no payments deductions.
Husbands van is excluded as father in laws, so far i am atually happy we went BR and it was definatly the best decision!0 -
