A thread for current supermarket comps?

This was just an idea I had. Then we could know what current competitions are running with products at the local supermarket.

I know that Wine Gums have some stickers on their packs at the moment with a code that you enter online.

Also Sanex are going to be running a promotion soon I think.

I am sure other products are floating about running comps at the moment..

So would a thread be a good idea?

Yay or nay?

Maybe there is already a thread for this and I just can't find it!

If they are within the purchase limit (Max £2.10) they are just posted the same as any other competition - with something like "purchase necessary" added to the title in the same way FB, TW etc is.

Thanks MJM, I forgot about the purchase limit too! I did think it could be useful to have them listed all in one place though...

Not a bad idea Suzie - the problem is it doesn't fit the criteria for the Regulars board otherwise I would have suggested it might have a little separate thread in there so that the main board comp posts could be linked there.

The alternative might be to have a running thread in CCC instead and again, just add the new purchase comps via links to the main board there. However, this could be disrupted if you had any general 'chat' posts appearing within the thread. See, it's already got complicated!! :rotfl:

What it comes down to it, is anyone really bothered/wiling to take the time to do this though?! :eek:

Thanks Biker, and I can imagine it is the kind of thing that could take up a great deal of time actually finding all the deals going on in the supermarket! :rotfl:

Why not just search the main comps board for Purchase necessary ?
