SMS-Fast-Cash

I am being hassled by a company called SMS-Fast-Cash

I get text messages throughout the day from various mobile numbers, and now they have began at night too! It is driving to despair! On their website, there is no contact details! How can I get them to stop!

    One of two options:-

    1) On the text messages is there a choice to say text STOP to 123456 for example to stop receiving these messages?

    If not...

    2) Drastic, but you'll probably have to change your number.

Does your phone not have a blocking option, or can you report them to your provider?

Their privacy policy has a box that you can fill in, asking them to remove you from their mailing lists. Once you have done that, if they fail to stop, you can report them.

Do you owe them money? Perhaps they want it back. (Doesn't give them the right to harass you, though.)

I too am plagued by these spam messages. It all start directly after I went a few hundred pounds over my tesco CC limit by accident. Although once notified I paid the over spend immediately, and I always pay my CCs off fully each month. I believe either tesco or the credit agencies have passed my mobile number on to these loan companies, although they deny it. Now I get several txts a day offerings me loans.most have no stop txt option, just a www link. I have not tried any unsubscribe or stop txt, as I fear it will only confirm my number is live and give them an e-mail address to start spaming. Ps blocking and reporting numbers fails as they use random numbers
Has anyone had success in stopping this type if spaming, or with this particular company?

I use this on Android to block callers/text from parasites like these. I usually get dreaded PPI parasites

Not sure what phone you have but that works
  • I received one of these spam messages myself today. It appears from their web site that they are just loan sharks, charging exorbitant rates (1737%)
I have no legal expertise at all on these things, but surely as their site appears to give no address, telephone number, email address, company number or FCA (FSMA) authorisation, then they must be breaking the law in some way?
    Any experts out there?
