Convert Interest Only Mortgage to a Residential Mortgage

Hi,
Yes - I am going to try to over pay as much as possible - but £400.00 per month would be my limit.
Better than nothing though - and at least I can clear my entire mortgage way ahead of time!
Thanks for all the replies.0 -
Is it the same mortgage/property as here
(Seems to have a different mortgage payment)

Are you sure you want to become a remote landlord?
An empty property is a liability not an investment.0 -
Hi,
Yes - it does relate to the same property, but I have decided to stay here and not take the job opportunity in London, - mainly because I can't get consent to let - so it will still be my main place of residence.
I've just had a change of plans really, and when I was looking at my recent mortgage statement, I thought it was about time to start re-paying the capital on it.
Luckily, I am in a fairly good position and can afford to over pay and reduce the term of the mortgage
