You can do it from anywhere. Hopefully (unlike my lot) he will know his log in details The email he used will be on the account section on the Xbox, if he has forgotten the password you can get a reset by text or email if I remember rightly.

thanks for this, I will see what he says.

I've checked and he paid one payment of £39.99 in November 2013 - not sure what that was about as he was out of the country at the time.
Then he has been paying £5.99 a month since May - I think that must be when he got the shiny new version
(- goodness knows why as he was away or on holiday and only home for odd days over the summer. And then he took it back with him knowing he is going somewhere with no wi fi ...)


anyway after you have doen the changes do you get an email from x box live as confirmation of any changes?
