  • Morning all.

    Good news about Scotland.

Snap - Ant that car accident sounded very scary, glad your sister and her husband are ok.

Off to the gp shortly to get my fit note for work ready for starting back next week. Other than that, nothing else planned.

Have a good day all. :)

The coupon boards aren't what they used to be.

Tumbleweed everywhere. Ancient lists from last year where they used to be updated monthly I think.

How long have I been MIA?!!!!!

I vaguely remember seeing something about myrtleturtle stepping down from doing the coupon thread? It will have been a while back

    I could be wrong though

    No that is true.

Incidentally, has anyone seen any Special K Beach Bag promo stock in any of the big supermarkets recently please? We seem to be one short to be able to claim :(. It may just mean digging at the back of shelves or going to smaller stores where their stock last a while.

    Many thanks

Please can I ask does anyone have one of these Sainsburys free sims?

I've got some Sainsburys till spits one of which says get a free sim, top up with £10 and get 1000 nectar points.

But I've got another one that says get a free sim, top up with £10 get another £10

I am wondering if both would work?

So what happens do they give you a slip at the till with a code on to put into your phone?

I am thinking I need a seperate competition phone so when I do comps I am not giving my number out to all and sundry and also I can do a few text or phone in comps. Just have to figure out what of the old phones at home I can put a Sainsburys sim into.

Years ago !!!!!! used to give you extra points for topping up so I had a PAYGO phone and it was fine and a top up lasted me 6 months. They then stopping them and I only had a few phones credit left by this time last year.
Daughters BF was upgrading his iPhone so we were buying the old one off him and then OH added me to his contract so I was dragged kicking and screaming into getting to grips with modern technology

But before that happened one Sunday morning we got a call from the hospital to say my Dad was gone. So when we got to the car park, OH was sorting out the parking metre and he sent me on ahead but he took all the phones off me - I had his work phone, his iPhone, my old PAYGO phone and goodness what else with me.
The next week was a dreadful blur, still can't fit together all of the pieces but sometime about a week later I realised my old PAYGO phone had vanished, no idea where so then I did actually have to get to grips with the iPhone.
