It always worries me clambering in and out of the loft, which is why I never let me kids go up there despite them always asking

Yes indeed. It s slowed me down and I don t do anything dangerous anymore . Just not worth it. Wouldn t you think these builders would place the loft entrance in a safer place than right above the bottom of downstairs.

    Evening all

Good news on my Bissell Hoover that I ordered at the weekend, the one I ordered went out of stock about an hour after I ordered it.

So I rang them to see if I was still going to get it as the money came out of my bank, she said because it had gone out of stock she is going to upgrade to the newest model at no extra cost, well pleased with that.

Just looked on amazon and it is £241 I have paid £62.99!!:j:j

Should have it by the weekend.:j

Sorry Savvy I cant help :(

I have already retuned my tv and recording box

    It's alright - I didn't want anyone to!:rotfl::rotfl:

APG maintenance message - might not mean anything, once system comes back up as doesn't mean they have corrected these things. Sometimes, with maintenance, they create more glitches:rotfl:.

Do washing machines come with hot water input anymore?

We have a woodburner so its better for us to use the free hot water.

I'm looking and can't find anything. My 16 yr old washing machine died

Our 12 year old machine died last week - I think you can only get cold water refill now.... Ours was only hooked up to the cold water inlet and OH was talking to the delivery/installation guy who said they are all cold water fill now :(. Not sure if that was a generalisation or certainty.

New Which best buy good - I was going to replace Bosch with a Bosch but went for the new best buy Samsung - appliance online didn't stock it so could only get from Curry's (black version from John Lewis is £100 dearer ). I normally avoid Curry's. Samsung have an offer on where you get an extra 3 years parts and labour guarantee - so that makes a 5 year guarantee.

Really good machine - cant believe getting excited over a washing machine :rotfl:- but love it - it plays you a tune when its finished, easy to programme and can't fault it so far. :)

Edit - don't forget Qiodco or tcb - both about 2% - but every little helps especially if you use a card paying points like M & S/Tesco too.

I thought Niveas (equivalent to that Garnier perhaps) were £1.50 in A? And on one specific factor 50 a bit extra off in 2s vs Morries (might, if lucky, just be about to get even better on Friday)? In that light, sorry, £1.87 :oseems to be rip-off!:eek:

I could of course have missed something.

Therefore, tentatively, (I had seen the £1.87 posted before) I've been considering that £1.87 to be a very expensive price, rather than cheap, for sun products in T, albeit not the unthinkable beyond-expensive normal (£5, £7 and £10+) prices that some people are prepared to pay:eek:.

OMG - in my small Morrisons store the straight cuts were marked up full price of £1.64 or something so I didn't get them  Mind you OH is getting annoyed as I can only find the cheese ones, not his flavour :D

I also could not find the right Volvic - I am thinking it might just be easier to get them in Asda now

Possibly we just need a bigger Morrisons

Huh they haven t even got them in my local Asda
