I'm quite tempted by this. Checked out Argos after VTs suggestion. It has MS office included and a USB port. Decent storage....I could buy Argos vouchers in Ts for the points and bingo!

My Mum's laptop (a huge clunky thing that was years old) broke recently and I think she'd really enjoy something touch screen. Even though she's insisting she doesn't wont be able to use it. Rather than us both get new laptops we're going to share one. She gets it evenings and weekends ;)

Dad has one of the first touchscreen laptops and I hate it. Do you remember years ago when you used to scroll down the page and wait for it to load, well his does that. Saying this you are really looking at a large tablet with a keyboard stand so will be fine. Best about argos is their no quibble exchange.
Remember you will have to pay out for office at some point as will only have a trial version and I expect it is something you will be using.

Get a few argos vouchers in mr t to soften the blow and might cover a xmas pressie or 2 as well.
Let me know how you get on with it. Think dads problem was the old persons prod at the screen rather than a gentle touch.

Go through argos online as 4% tcb and oay with argos cards. Job done:T

discounts showing on msm but not on the Uncle Ben's Classic Wholegrain Rice at a.com

so that combination would probably still work now as it looks like one of them has just been updated. I was going to get 15 various bags but feel your restricted to 3 if varied. or loads of the Uncle Ben's Classic Wholegrain Rice.

I bought ub wholegrain yesterday but had no luck with it. Presume will have stopped in the morning:(

    Morning all

I stayed awake to finish watching billy elliot last night and I am proper zonkered this morning. I have never watched that film all the way through so was determined I was watching it last night :rotfl:

Glad to see jasmine has returned safe and well :) they can be such a worry. After the first year I lost count of the hours sleep I lost because my asbo was being a PITA. I wouldn't have her any other way though :D
