I can't find my tax award letter for 2014/2015.

Have I lost it or has no one had theirs yet? Aaargh

Phoned them all afternoon but they don't let you get past their automated answer machine. :,(

 you fell through the loft?
I'm always petrified of that happening :(

I most certainly did but very luckily still here to tell the tale. I was half in and half out of the opening on the loft ladder which moved slightly and I fell back off it and landed on the balcony by the bedroom doors. If I'd have gone to the right it would only have been a 3ft fall but noooo I fell to the left and landed at the bottom of the stairs. Not much space there either so I must have fallen in a u shape. I was so lucky. Could easily have been killed, broken bones etc . I had a sore coxxyx for a while and a massive bruise on my arm. :(

To re-request it, you need to ring the tax credit line:

I've tried that number ALL afternoon, trying every option on the automated voice but it tells you to ring back after asking for a stack load of information.
