Loved Toronto, you seriously have to go up the CN Tower. People can do edgewalks, saw people outside doing an edgewalk and no way would I do that!

You'll love Toronto, EMMAP. Feels like New York minus the grime, crime, nutters or poverty. Lots of the shops are in giant malls, but the only booze shop we found was miles away at the back of the Eaton Centre. If you like Chinese food, there's about four Chinatowns.:D

Oh I spotted and tested. ;)

FC was informer, I was out in the field and only way I could let you all know was to text her. I really must get a smartphone. :rotfl:

REMEMBER EVERYONE THIS WILL ONLY WORK FOR REST OF TODAY AS 25% OFF FINISHES TONIGHT!!!

Oh well thanks to Tiny for finding and testing and Fc for being a quick messenger ;)

Two stores I visited seemed to think this offer would be continued for a further 7 days. I wasn't convinced myself, but Time will tell i suppose.

Just having my first glass of red, not a heavy red, easily drinkable and worth a couple of quid.

I've not known such inconsistency between prices between different stores. After failing to settle it, I've gone onto my third store. So, to three different Ms to try to work out the price on or even existence of, to be fair, a very small number of items. And, even after that, I still have an unsatisfactory ending:(.

The Isotonic drinks might go N/A next week, which assumes they (the APG collectors) aren't having problems with them right now like I am. I had problems with them last week - they had disappeared from one of my stores but I then went onto a further store and they were very very clearly there and still on the 'everyday' 5 for £1.70.

Now, however, they have disappeared from both stores - this is the M own brand single bottles (500ml) - they appear to be replacing them with some 4 pack multipacks, at £2:eek: - no evidence at all even of the existence of the single bottles, by which I mean no products present and no SELs. Complete N/A, with not even any shelf space for them. In the third store, I found the SELs, with the offer, and with shelf space - but completely and totally empty. Make of it what you will.

I've crossed out the Rowntree's Pastilles Ice Lollies - I had my first store with a clear £1.24 and big offer POS material. However, the second one was clearly £2.49:eek: and the third one didn't stock the product:mad:. On the basis that the Pastilles Lollies have increased, I've crossed off the Smarties Cones too - I assume they've gone up to full price although I found no stock of them at all at any of the three stores.

I was going to add Kesar Mango Pulp back to the list, as now back at £1 in M. But I notice --- is this yet another weight/volume reduction? I'm sure these were 900g - but msm now says 850g:(. That's never ever going to be back on any list again, until they either reinstate it to 900g or cut the price somewhat below £1 - neither of which I feel are going to happen! So: :p.

Another possible weight reduction - I did have Haribo Maoam Pinballs as a suggested new item Avs M. However, I have them at 160g in M. Msm says 180g for A. Not going to compare if different weights, so gone onto 'buy in M'.

The Italfresco Ready-Made Polenta - I have no price SEL in any of the three stores:mad:. Maybe they are thinking about what price they want to charge? So, anyone's guess (I can't enquire behind SELs, even ones that don't exist, as would take ages to go and scan every item that I have a query on). I have it as ??p. If it's 75p, then okay, but if it's more, then should not be on the list.

Lastly, but no means leastly, anyone who has been avoiding my nearly exhortation to buy the Pie Toms frozen Pork Pie & Mushy Peas, on 72p 'reduced to clear' in one of my Ms for 'ages', you have done very well! They are now 25p:T:j RTC. Maybe they will go lower than that? They are, obviously, a little more wishing to get rid of their stock than they were before. Maybe if we all refuse to buy, they will put it down even further:rotfl:.

Arrrgggghhhhh so excited! I love dim sum especially. I will be eating all of the dim sum.

Can anyone recommend a decent laptop for my home office? I just need Microsoft Office and something reasonably fast. Keen to see what the elite reckon. The reckless part of me is thinking MacBook Air but they're at least £700 right? :o
