Thanx VT, I can't remember what I did last year :o
Awwww thank you so much for your post, it is hard sometimes when I know we're still not there yet and the poor kids still don't have their own space, I'd love to just be able to move tomorrow to our dream house :(
But we'll get there in the end :) I think the builders and broker are getting sick of ringing us to see what we're up to, they've been told the house goes on the market in the next 2 weeks since the middle of august :rotfl:

It might be an idea to get an agent round and photograph a couple of rooms (minus kids and mess), then set a date for an Open House. That way you only have to have pristine house for a couple of hours and hopefully plenty of viewings.
It is so much easier this way as it is your home and not a show house. Plus setting an Open day date gives you something to aim for, even if mess has to be bundled into car and hidden round the corner.

Nice supprise from Postie my 'Mocks' from fb have arrived. Very nice pink ones. Mum now wants a fb account.
Trying to win xmas presents this year but in reality it will be gift vouchers for points again:D

New furniture has arrived but as desperate as I am I do not think I should build it myself. Wondering if friend might come tomorrow instead of saturday as can't wait that long as need to see how fits room before ordering anything else.

2 x Butchers cat food cheques for £3.65 arrived today.

Interesting about the request for an SAE and stamps in the last thread. I didn't include the stamp, but did send the SAEs.

Returned to me in a completely different envelopes :rotfl:

Thank you - same address and different names?

Just checking as I need to send mine off (assuming I can find the packaging and receipts - I hate TMF when it relies on organisation and remembering the receipt after claimining APG cashback!). To many things to forget.
