  • Morning everyone.

    I have a tcb question. I have 91.00 payable and an option is to take it as b and q vouchers which I do need. But I need them soon. My question is how long do vouchers take to arrive? Do they come through the post or do I get a code to redeem online. Thinking I should just pay the 5.00 fee and get a bacs payment as this will mean I can do my b and q shopping today. Can anyone help? Thanks

    I did this too.

    Then I noticed that if you scroll down the pop up message after printing the £1 voucher, you get this message:

    [IMG][/img]78BE8F2C-4D83-45EC-945D-093C906909E9.jpg

    When you print again as directed, it is then a £1.50 voucher

    Hth

    Thanks very much, my problem has been that I haven't been getting a pop up box after printing the voucher - I don't think - which is weird and not good! I will look for it next time I print some... Does it come up when you have printed and said yes to has it printed okay? I just ignore that... that's why!!!!

    Thank- you so much :beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:

    they send you a gift card & then you have to put a pin on your tcb for them to transfer the credit so i think it takes about a week to be able to use hth :)
