I think it's the same thing - the +/- is the rhesus bit so I assume that RH is short for rhesus

I would at a guess say he is Rhesus positive possibly they add the RH in now.

My mum was Rhesus negative and it has skipped a generation I am not but DD2 is. Not sure of the genetics of it. Karlie?
