  • Any advice please :)

I bought some chocolate biscuits from a supermarket and when I went to put them in the biscuit barrel I noticed they were four months out of date so I phoned c.s but they didn't seem to think it was to much of a concern and told me to take them back to store for a refund and they would notify the store. Anyway I went back to the store to speak to the manager two days later to find they didn't have a clue what I was talking about and were still selling the biscuits that were four months out of date:eek:

Do you think I should take my complaint higher ? :)

Thanking you. Yes I am pleased with them. Apart from every other room is a mess loaded up with everything....

this happened to use earlier this year doing the front bedroom.

Years ago we split the front bedroom into two so each of the boys could have their own room, put in an extra window, doors etc.

Roll forward 20 years, one living abroad and one left home so it was time to put the room back into one again.
It took 3 of us the entire Sunday after Christmas to clear the 2 boys bedrooms. Youngest son had taken everything of his when he left but eldest son had left everything behind so it all had to be sorted and packed up, some in the loft, mostly in his sisters bedroom, his clothes filled 6 giant storage boxes - shoes/boots, winter jumpers/fleeces, shorts/jeans, uniform, black t-shirts etc

we filled the loft, we filled daughters bedroom, the upstairs bathroom and the corridor was lined with furniture.

That's how it was until the builder finally came, only odd days as and when he could fit us in and it March before the room was finished.

so then we cleared the corridor, we unearthed daughters bedroom, our bathroom is still a builders merchants but to have habitable bedrooms now is so lovely and to be able to run up and down the corridor is still a novelty!

Good evening everyone. Not read back so not sure if I missed anything today. I ran into Toscos at 4.45 today in a panic as I needed bread and milk and wanted to try to get Dr Oetker pizzas and some yoo moos. Pizzas were 2.50  so left them. Will try Ms tomorrow, I did get my yoo moos reduced to 89p - used 3 vouchers each worth £1.70 :j

Might be worth checking them in Ts tomorrow to see if they are at that price everywhere. I was looking for a store with a scanner and there is supposed to be one at the Cheetham Hill Store, seems to have gone though :( If any of you are from my neck of the woods do you know which stores have the scan points? Other option is to find a store that does self scan. TIA
