Ive been reading a fair bit about this over the last couple of months, lots of articles and programmes about it...the theory is you need to eat fat to lose fat with animal fats being the best, also lot of good stuff about coconut oil which I have started using over olive oil!!:D

there is often more drama on here than EE, I know a couple of regulars that wouldn't look out of place on Albert Square!!

I saw a Robin when I was out today! hadn't really thought about it but Mrs said it was a unusual time of year to see one?

Mr robin came to see us yesterday as well :)

Is the APG machine working nicely today - I've not checked my receipts yet today and after the debacle during previous weekends I want to be sure :)

    There's chocolate to be won.

    Enter twice a day

    https://winabanger.cadbury.co.uk/Enter

Instant win, 2 entries daily (for each email address ;))
    60p each in A's, 3 for £1.20 T's.
    3 compare A v T £1.80 v £1.20 and add 72p to APG for each 3 'bought'.
