Ive been reading a fair bit about this over the last couple of months, lots of articles and programmes about it...the theory is you need to eat fat to lose fat with animal fats being the best, also lot of good stuff about coconut oil which I have started using over olive oil!!:D
there is often more drama on here than EE, I know a couple of regulars that wouldn't look out of place on Albert Square!!:cool:
