Soooo easy, cheap n tasty.

Way more beneficial than commercial probiotics too that only have a few strains as home prepared contain hundreds of different strains. Biodiversity is the key.

I make loads: saurkraut, kefir, kombucha and even sourdough breads etc.

The list might seem like a load of gobbledygook but google the key words.

We started doing it to help mum with her diagnosis as a way of assisting her immune system but then incorporated it into our own diets too

When he was last up she wanted to know what he wanted for his Birthday and Christmas so she could save up. He said to me all nan needs to do is go to the bank and draw money out not like me who got to save :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
