Soooo easy, cheap n tasty.
Way more beneficial than commercial probiotics too that only have a few strains as home prepared contain hundreds of different strains. Biodiversity is the key.
I make loads: saurkraut, kefir, kombucha and even sourdough breads etc.
The list might seem like a load of gobbledygook but google the key words.
We started doing it to help mum with her diagnosis as a way of assisting her immune system but then incorporated it into our own diets too
