Aha! That's what COS means! Checkoutsmart.

Wondered what you lot were talking about but didn't like to show my ignorance, :D

    I've just downloaded the app.

Has anyone got a dummies guide on how to use it?

I read that you just take a pic of your receipt whilst instore? :)

The app doesn't give any option of inputting payment preference or details etc?

I got an email from Just vitamins offering 20% off probiotic capsules. I find that probiotics help me feel better but I don't like the idea of having lots of dairy (the only other way I know to get them) so I was quite excited to find out they're available in capsule form until OH said it was rubbish and asked how could it be possible to keep bacteria alive in a capsule  Well I don't know but they must work as all the reviews are good :p

Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on this? I need to decide by tomorrow as the offer ends then but I'll probably give the small pack a try, although the largest pack is the best value  I've used this company before and been happy with other products I've bought.

Just a thought, have you ever looked into making your own probiotics?

    Soooo easy, cheap n tasty.

Way more beneficial than commercial probiotics too that only have a few strains as home prepared contain hundreds of different strains. Biodiversity is the key.

I make loads: saurkraut, kefir, kombucha and even sourdough breads etc.

The list might seem like a load of gobbledygook but google the key words.

We started doing it to help mum with her diagnosis as a way of assisting her immune system but then incorporated it into our own diets too :)
