I reckon it's worth a full scan of the home section, for anyone who has time. There were a few random items scanning at lower than SEL prices, although nothing mega cheap. From memory pepper mills, various coasters, tablecloths, some baking bits, utensils......
I'd run out of time scanning clothes and shoes so I probably missed loads.

I also found jewellery box chocs which scanned at £10

My friend and I scanned loads yesterday. Found loads reduced but still had full price sel. Including cushions, artwork, bathroom sets... Soap dispensers, toilet brushes etc. picture frames.
It was me mentioned the duvet sets at the weekend. I seen the same duvet cover in two different packages for £2.50 and £10 (robots).
Also got an Intex inflatable boat last week reduced to £19. Last night it was reduced again to £9.50! Bought another one and taking the original back.:D

The gardening stuff has also been reduced again. Got tubs of Deadfast weedkiller for £4.50. Two antbait traps 75p. 2.5L of cleaner to remove algae etc off patio for £2.50.

    Good Morning. :)

I was knocked up by the builders again wanting to be plugged in. :o

Mr TS left for work really early this morning and I had just snuggled myself back under the duvet again oblivious to the world.

Oh errr. I had to read that a few times before I fully understood what you meant. I thought you were being rudey dudey again. Don't forget to put some clothes on under the dressing gown when you do arrive downstairs, won't you? :A:A:A

MORNING ALL. It's like a mid winter morning. Had to get my big coat out.

Just checking my PP from Ts last night.

These wines are good and work out at £2.99/£3.00 a bottle (if you have min 6 bottles for 25% to kick in)

    3x
    UMBER AUSTRALIAN WHITE 75CL
    £11.97 † n/a n/a n/a

    1x
    CAPE PEAK HERITAGE CHARDONNAY 75CL
    £4.00 † n/a n/a n/a

TS......heat spray is n/a to every where else.

Also I bought walkers 12 packs quavers and squares at 2 for £5. Neither show on the PP at all  Shame there's nothing else in that offer other than those 2 items.
  • Morning :)

For me, if I eat healthily and don't exercise I eat more :o throw in half an hour of good exercise and I eat less :j:)

I'm back in the groove since the start of the month - need to get back to fighting weight :) Since the start of the month I have walked 47 miles :) Walking is excellent form of cardio it uses the biggest muscles in the body = more calories burned. You can vary the pace to make it even better.

Lift weights - the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism - more calories burned at rest :D What could be better? Ladies don't be afraid of lifting weights you are not going to end up bulky as you simply do not have enough testosterone.

    Water and plenty of :)

    Thanks Westie :T

I've got my mind made up that I'm back on it, it's just the cravings I need to get back under control. But I've done it before so I can do it again :)

I tend do quite a bit of waking so that's a good start, intend to start going out after my dinner instead of sitting on my backside! I want to get back to doing the shred or circuits, but it really takes the wind out of my sails afterwards :( I'm not completely unfit or anything but if i do anything to strenuous it just leaves me wiped out. Struggling really badly with tiredness at the moment which makes it that bit harder. But I'll keep plodding on and doing the right things and hopefully it'll improve though.
