From this morning I've been back on my healthy eating as it's all gone to pot the last few weeks and the weight is starting to creep on again So I've been very good today and not had anything naughty. But by heck I could fair go a cheese sandwich or something similar My belly is rumbling away here :rotfl:

Think I'll be needing some motivation from Westie!

Did do, topical for me as just finished judging a Sunflower and Scarecrow compettion for children at primary/junior school.
